Licensed Mental Health Therapist

I have been a licensed mental health therapist in Minnesota since 2007. I also became a certified professional life coach in 2017. Being professionally certified and licensed in these two roles allows me to treat and work with a wide variety of clients.

I use several treatment modalities in order to best meet your unique style and needs.

These treatment modalities include brainspotting, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, strengths-based perspective, mindfulness, and coaching techniques. As both a licensed therapist and a certified professional coach, I can utilize more techniques with you, which makes working with me a unique and effective experience.
